CONFERENCE ATTENDEES:
Early Bird Rates (ended on August 14)
$320 - first member
$270 - additional members
Regular Rates (ended at 5 p.m. on September 23)
$370 - TTIA member rate
$420 - non-member rate
On-Site Rates (began at noon on September 27)
$395 - all members
$450 - all non-members
TRADE SHOW EXHIBITORS:
Basic exhibitor rate includes one booth and full conference registration for two people and a complimentary ad in the attendee materials (distributed digitally by email and through the TTIA website).
Early Bird Rates (ended on August 14)
$720 per booth; $215 per additional person
Regular Rate
$770 per booth for TTIA member organizations
$870 per booth for non-member organizations
Each additional representative (beyond the two included in booth fee): $215 for members; $315 for non-members
2009 Cancellation Policy:
Full refund until 5pm on August 28
1/2 refund until 5pm on September 11
No refunds after 5 pm on September 11
