to all Travel Counselors in attendance. The gift is selected by TTIA and every Travel Fair Booth Participant's Name
will appear on the card that accompanies the gift - if registration completed before April 1, 2014.
Bed Down Gifts are delivered directly to the Travel Counselor's hotel room.
About the Texas Travel Fair - View This Informational Video (revised)
The TTIA Texas Travel Fair, an annual trade show for TTIA members only, is held as part of the Texas Travel Counselors Conference sponsored by the Texas Department of Transportation - Travel Information Division. The travel counselors who attend this event work at Texas Department of Transportation Travel Information Centers, AAA offices, city visitor centers, Texas Parks and Wildlife offices, and Texas Highways magazine. These professionals give guidance to millions of travelers to Texas each year. As part of the training for travel counselors, TTIA members are invited to discuss their destinations, attractions or events during the conference and at the Texas Travel Fair.
Exhibiting at the Texas Travel Fair gives you the opportunity to meet face-to-face with the travel counselors and educate them on what's new in your destination (i.e. attractions, events, festivals, etc.). The travel counselors will be divided in groups of two this year and will be assigned a specific booth number to start. Exhibitors will need to have a one page information sheet that talks about what is new in your destination to give each travel counselor.
NEW FOR 2014!
will not be an Awards Luncheon on Thursday after Travel Fair. All
awards will be announced at the new Stars of Texas Awards Dinner on Wednesday night. The dinner will begin at 6pm
and the Appreciation
Party will follow at 8pm.
Thursday, we will begin with a breakfast
with the travel counselors from 8:00am - 8:45am. All exhibitors are
encouraged to attend. The Texas Travel Fair will follow breakfast
from 9:00am - 12:00pm.

- There will be a Mail Back Center for the Travel Counselors this year, but there
are some restrictions. Each travel counselor will have the ability to fill one 24" x 18" x 18" box with items (20lb weight limit) and have it
shipped to their office. Please keep this in mind if you plan to bring gift
- All events conclude at 12:00pm on Thursday.
Member Early Bird Rate - $360 (Includes 1 booth space and registration for 1 person) (through March 14th at 5pm)
Member Regular Rate - $460 (Includes 1 booth space and registration for 1 person) (after March 14th at 5pm)
Additional Person in your booth - $99/person
NOTE: Registrations made after noon on April 1st will not appear on the Bed Down Gift Tag or the program.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund until 5:00pm on March 22, 2014. 50% refund until 5:00pm on April 2, 2014. No refunds after 5:00pm on April 2, 2014.
