The only constant in life is change, and Summit is the perfect place to keep yourself up-to-date, in-the-know, and ready for whatever opportunities may come next. In keeping with the spirit of this year's theme, we've even made some changes to the Summit itself. Based on your feedback, we have designed this year's schedule to be more interactive, with plenty of opportunities for you to ask questions and engage with our speakers. We've also built in more time for networking and doing business.
(However, we're glad to say one thing hasn't changed -- our registration fees are the same as last year. Summit is still one of the best values around!)

We have two host hotels this year. If you find one of the room blocks is full, please make sure to contact the other hotel, as they may have rooms available. All meetings will be held at the Galveston Island Convention Center.

Registration Rates and Deadlines
Conference Attendees:
Early Bird Rates, register by August 6th (Members Only)
$320 - first TTIA member / $270 - additional members from same organization
Regular Rates, register by September 10th
$370 - TTIA members / $420 - all non-members On-Site Rates (opens at noon on September 19th at the Galveston Convention Center)
$395 - TTIA members / $450 - Non-members College Student One-Day Rate - Register as a College Student
College students may attend Summit on Monday, September 20th for $60. Financial assistance may also be available, thanks to the generous support of conference attendees, who may choose to sponsor a student when registering for the conference. Trade Show Exibitors:
Basic exhibitor rate includes one booth and full conference registration for two people. CDS is the decorator for the Trade Show and will send exhibitor packets soon. If you have any questions, please contact their Exhibitor Service Department at 210-581-9220.
Early Bird Rate – Register by August 6th (Members Only)
$720 per booth $215 for each additional person after the two that are already included Regular Rate – Register by September 10th
$770 per booth for TTIA members / $870 per booth for non-members

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund until 5 p.m. on August 6. 50% refund until 5 p.m. on September 10. No refunds after 5 p.m. on September 10.
