reality. Using the Rural Texas Tourism Center in Giddings as a case

buy-in from stakeholders, and making use of the grants and other tools
and

In this session we will cover strategies and
best practices for event marketing using online tools. We will talk about how to get the word out,
drive attendance up, managing registrations, and strategies for tracking and
meeting/exceeding attendee expectations.
We will also discuss ways to leverage this type of service to encourage
meeting and event planners to choose your destination over others. You can increase room night numbers, increase
citywide attraction and service revenues, as well as, make use of your existing
website and other social media content.
