TTIA has partnered with the Texas Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus (TACVB) and the Destination Marketing Association International (DMAI) to ensure the most powerful program.
The DMO Empowered program was
created because TTIA and its board of directors understand the success of
the travel Industry begins in its individual communities. DMO’s are
the trusted stewards of the public funds dedicated by the state to promote
travel. It is important that each DMO has the full understanding and support of
its elected officials, city officials, stakeholders, and citizens.
The program will provide the DMO CEO with the
essential tools necessary to educate local officials, stakeholders, and
citizens regarding the economic value of travel and tourism in their own
communities and the valuable role of the DMO.
This program will allow each

This program is only open to DMO CEO’s and is limited to the first 36 CEO’s on a first-come, first-served basis.

The 2016 DMO Empowered program will take place in one session over a two and 1/2 day period. Registration is now open for the November edition.
The cost of the
program is only $675 for TTIA Members and $895 for Non-Members. You must commit to attending all 2 1/2 days of the program.
Full refund until 5:00pm on September 23, 2016. 50% refund until 5:00pm on October 14, 2016. No refunds after 5:00pm on October 14, 2016.
