TTIA’s Texas Travel Summit is the travel industry’s annual conference packed with education, insights, networking, business opportunities and so much more.

To/From Austin Bergstrom Airport (approx20 miles/30 minutes)
Exit airport, follow Hwy 71 East for approx 13 miles. Entrance to resort is immediate next left AFTER traffic light at Pope Bend Rd. Turn left onto main drive and follow three mile drive to the lobby entrance.
Take Hwy 71 west for approx 9 miles. Main entrance to resort is immediate next right after McKinney Roughs Nature Park. Turn right onto main drive and follow three mile drive to lobby entrance.
From Houston and Points East
From the 610 Loop, take 290 west, 110 miles, passing through Brenham/Giddings to 21W (just past Paige). Turn left at 21W. Go approx 13 miles to Hwy 95 in Bastrop. Turn left at Hwy 95, .4 miles to Hwy 71. Turn right at Hwy 71 and travel 10.5 miles. Main entrance to resort is immediate next right after McKinney Roughs Nature Park. Turn right onto main drive and follow three mile drive to lobby entrance.
From Dallas / Fort Worth and Points North
Travel east on I-35 approx 60 miles. Merge onto I-35 South and follow approximately 103 miles to the Texas 130 Toll Road. Travel S/E on Texas 130 approx 37 miles to the Hwy 71 exit. Travel east on Hwy 71 approx 10.5 miles. Main entrance to resort is immediate next left after traffic light at Pope Bend Rd. Turn leftonto main drive and follow three mile drive to the lobby entrance.
From San Antonio, San Marcos and Points South
Follow I-35 North to Austin. Exit Ben White/Hwy 71 East. Stay on Hwy 71. The resort is approx 13 miles past the Austin-Bergstrom Airport. Main entrance to resort is immediate next left after traffic light at Pope Bend Rd. Turn left onto main drive and follow three mile drive to the lobby entrance.
From Downtown Austin (approx20 miles/30 minutes)
Take 5th street east from downtown to I-35 South to Hwy 71 East. Stay on Hwy 71 East. Once past the Austin-Bergstrom Airport, the resort is approx 13 miles. Main entrance to resort is immediate next left after traffic light at Pope Bend Rd. Turn leftonto main drive and follow three mile drive to the lobby entrance.

Texas Travel Summit 2012 will once again have a Mobile Site accessible by clicking the QR code we'll have on signs and on the cover of the printed pocket schedule given to each attendee.
TTIA will not
provide printed session handouts for attendees. We will endeavor to put session handouts and conference material online on TTIA’s website following the
conference. We will let attendees know when these materials are available.
Business casual attire is appropriate for the conference sessions and awards luncheon. Layered clothing is suggested as meeting rooms tend to fluctuate in temperature. Casual attire is appropriate for the excursions and evening events. Some evening events will be outside.
For the 5K Run/Walk on Wednesday, September 26th, please dress for a warm morning with appropriate running/walking shoes. See below for training recommendations.

Spouse/Significant Other Meal Package
Texas Travel Summit is a focused meeting opportunity for our attendees. No organized spouse tours or activities are scheduled. However, we recognize that delegates do occasionally bring their spouse/significant other with them to experience the featured destination. For the convenience of these delegates, TTIA offers a meal package that allows entrance to official meal functions only, including the official sponsored evening events. The meal package does NOT include participation in daily educational sessions, and is not intended for industry professionals.
Full refund until 5:00pm on August 24, 2012. 50% refund until 5:00pm on September 7, 2012. No refunds after 5:00pm on September 7, 2012.
