|Texas Travel Summit 2014 - Vendor Tables|
NEW IN 2014 FOR ALLIED ORGANIZATIONS ONLY:
Vendor Tables - $500
As there is no Trade Show at the 2014 Texas Travel Summit, we are offering an additional opportunity for Allied organizations to promote their products and services to conference attendees by purchasing a Vendor Table. These tables will be located in the pre-function space of the Galveston Island Convention Center (upstairs) on Monday and Tuesday of Texas Travel Summit. Vendors can opt to man the tables or just provide materials for attendees to pick up during the breakfast and break times throughout these two days of the conference.
To register for a Vendor Table, please select the Optional Vendor Table on the online registration form. If you have already registered for Summit and wish to purchase a Vendor Table, please contact us via email and we will add this to your registration.
About Your Vendor Table
The tables are 6’ X 30” and
include linen/skirting. They will be located on the 2nd floor
of the Galveston Island Convention Center. You will be able
to place anything you’d like that will fit on top of the tables (table top
display, collateral information, etc.) as these tables will be set against the
wall and near other vendor tables.
