VENDOR TABLES FOR ALLIED ORGANIZATIONS ONLY:
Vendor Tables - $500
As there is no Trade Show at the 31st Annual Texas Travel Summit, we are offering an additional opportunity for Allied organizations to promote their products and services to conference attendees by purchasing a Vendor Table. These tables will be located in proximity to the general session room on Monday afternoon, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning of Texas Travel Summit. Vendors can opt to man the tables or just provide materials for attendees to pick up during the breakfast and break times throughout these days of the conference.
To register for a Vendor Table, please select the Optional Vendor Table on the online registration form. If you have already registered for Summit and wish to add a Vendor Table, please contact us via email and we will add this to your registration.
About Your Vendor Table
The tables are 6’ X 30” and
include linen/skirting. You will be able
to place anything you’d like that will fit on top of the tables (table top
display, collateral information, etc.) as these tables will be set against the
wall and near other vendor tables.
Vendor Table Tear Down - Wednesday, October 12th between 10:45am and 11:45am ONLY
Note: Vendors are allowed to ship materials to FedEx at the Hilton Americas Houston hotel but CANNOT ship directly to the George R. Brown Convention Center. A Check-in/Check-out sheet will be available at the TTIA Registration Desk for vendors who need to borrow a dolly to pick up items at the hotel to bring them to the convention center. FedEx at the Hilton Americas is open on Sunday. Vendors may use the FedEx on the 2nd level of the George R. Brown Convention Center to ship items out on Wednesday if they so choose.
