VENDOR TABLES FOR ALLIED ORGANIZATIONS ONLY:

Vendor Tables - $500
Conference registration is required to register for a Vendor Table. Vendor Table registration is an additional cost.

As there is no trade show at the 33rd Annual Texas Travel Summit, we are offering an additional opportunity for Allied organizations to promote their products and services to conference attendees by purchasing a Vendor Table. These tables will be located in proximity to the general session room on Monday afternoon and all day Tuesday of Texas Travel Summit. Vendors can opt to man the tables or just provide materials for attendees to pick up during the breakfast and break times throughout these days of the conference. 

To register for a Vendor Table, please select the Optional Vendor Table on the online registration form.


About Your Vendor Table

The tables will include linens and are 8' x 18". You will be able to place anything you’d like that will fit on top of the tables (table top display, collateral information, etc.) and, if space allows, you may put up a pop banner next to or behind your table. Tables will be set either against the wall or near other vendor tables away from the wall.

Vendor Table SetUp - Sunday, Sep. 23 between 2 and 5 p.m. or Monday, Sept. 24 between 9 and 11 a.m. ONLY

Vendor Table Tear Down - Tuesday, Sept. 25 between 5 and 6 p.m. ONLY

Vendor electricity, ethernet and shipping information coming soon.
