TRADE SHOW EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Basic exhibitor rate includes one booth and full conference registration for two people and an ad in the conference registration materials (provided in digital format).

Early Bird Rate
(Members Only — ends at 5 p.m. on August 8)
$695 per booth; $190 per additional person

Regular Rate
$745 per booth for TTIA member organizations
$845 per booth for non-member organizations
Each additional representative (beyond the two included in booth fee):
$190 for members; $290 for non-members

BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS
Exhibitor rate includes one 10’ x 10’ booth, 8’ background drape and 3’ side drape; one 7’ x 44” booth sign, one 6’ x 30” table, two side chairs and one wastebasket. Only one organization name will appear on each booth sign.

DECORATOR INFORMATION
After we receive your registration, the decorator will provide you with an exhibitor kit, which you should receive in the mail within approximately ten days after registering. If you have not received your kit after ten days, please contact Jennifer Roush, Director of Events, in the TTIA office at 512-476-4472. If you register after Friday, August 15, you will receive your information on-site.

POINTS TO REMEMBER

Donations of items to be used as door prizes are greatly appreciated and are a good way to promote your business. If you would like to donate an item, please bring it to the conference registration area by Tuesday at 10 a.m.
Booth set-up will take place during designated hours on Tuesday morning (see schedule).
Please plan to keep your booth staffed at all times. People often return to ask questions when you are not busy.
No one will be allowed into the Trade Show without a TTIA name badge.
Registrants will receive name badges, a layout of the exhibit hall, and a list of attendees, exhibitors and sponsors.

COMPLIMENTARY AD IN PROGRAM MATERIALS
It is your responsibility to submit your ad to TTIA by Monday, August 18th.
The Summit program materials will be provided to all attendees in digital format this year (there will be no printed binder). Exhibitors may provide an advertisement in PDF format. Send your letter-sized PDF to Sarah Ruh, Director of Communications, at sarahruh@gmail.com no later than Monday, August 18th.

COMPLIMENTARY MAILING LIST
Each exhibitor will receive one mailing list for registered Summit attendees. This list is provided as an Excel spreadsheet and is authorized for one-time use only. It is your choice whether to receive this list before or after Summit. Indicate your preference on your registration form. If you choose to receive the list before, it will be sent approximately 2 weeks prior to the event and will not include any attendees registered after that date. You may also purchase one additional mailing list.

“Exhibitor Special” - 1/4 Page Directory Ad:
The TTIA membership directory is mailed to every TTIA member at the beginning of each year. We are offering Summit exhibitors a special rate of $75 to purchase a 1/4 page ad for the 2009 Directory. For any questions about the directory, please contact Cara Briggs, Director of Membership, at 512-476-4472 or cara@ttia.org. Ad is black and white, 2.5” x 4”, vertical. Artwork must be submitted to the TTIA office no later than Monday, October 31, 2008.
