After we receive your registration, the decorator will provide you with an exhibitor packet, including shipping rates. You will need to make arrangements for shipment and other services directly with the decorator.
DO NOT send materials to the Ford Park Event Center - nothing will be held there, and any items shipped there will be returned. All shipping must be coordinated through the decorator.
Booths will be arranged according to the geographic region they represent.
If you have a special request, please let us know, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
To Keep in Mind During the Show
- Organized games or social drawings for travel counselors are inappropriate due to state ethics laws.
- You are encouraged to provide information that will help counselors describe your facility or area to Texas visitors.
- You are also encouraged to use your imagination with memorable costumes, activities and giveaways.
- Please keep your booth staffed at all times. Counselors often return to ask questions when you are not busy.
Giveaways
Traditionally, many of the exhibitors have distributed gifts to counselors at their booths. This is optional.
The value of your giveaway items should be under $25 each. Between 100-125 counselors typically attend.
Special Needs
If you have any special requirements, please contact the TTIA office at (512) 476-4472.
